The Eyed Gun

Behind this seemingly light-hearted work lies a decidedly feminist discourse.

It presents a macho and phallocentric vision of the female soldier, but upon closer inspection, one will discover that these pupils are formed by two automatic rifles.

Without glorifying armed combat, "The Eyed Gun" highlights the courage of women who take up arms to defend their beliefs.

This artwork is dedicated to all women who fight to exist and defend their rights in a patriarchal society.
